What You'll Do

  • Install solar PV, battery storage, and EV chargers in residential properties
  • Complete wiring, testing, commissioning and certification
  • Occasionally lead small teams on site
  • Deliver safe, tidy and customerfocused installations

What You'll Bring

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) + 18th Edition
  • Experience with inverters and battery systems
  • BPEC / EAL / LCL solar & battery qualification
  • 2391 or equivalent (Inspection & Testing)
  • ECS/CSCS or competent person scheme
  • Comfortable working in occupied homes
  • Familiarity with MCS standards

Customer Service Manager – Home Energy Transition Specialist

Pretium Synergy is on a mission to help households transform the way they generate, store and use energy — and we’re looking for a Customer Service Manager to be the friendly, knowledgeable guide supporting customers every step of the way.

This is a relationshipfocused role where you’ll handhold customers through every stage of their energytransition projects, from first enquiry to installation, aftercare and beyond. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and making technical journeys feel simple, this is the perfect opportunity.

🌱 The Role

  • You will be the primary point of contact for customers moving through solar, battery, EV charger or heat pump installations.
  • Your goal is to ensure every customer feels supported, informed and confident, no matter how complex the project behind the scenes.
  • You’ll work closely with surveyors, installation teams and the operations office to ensure smooth communication and excellent service.

  • Customer Journey & Care
  • Guide customers through their full energytransition journey
  • Provide ongoing updates, next steps and clear expectations
  • Manage queries and aftercare with a calm, friendly approach
  • Ensure customers receive all documentation and understand their new systems

  • Schedule surveys and installation dates

📘 What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in customer service, customer success, coordination or similar
  • Excellent communication — clear, calm, warm, and reassuring
  • Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple customer journeys
  • A proactive, problemsolving and customerfirst mindset
  • Empathy and the ability to “handhold” customers through technical steps
  • Experience working with installers, surveyors or technical teams (nice to have)

Pretium Synergy is expanding its commercial division, and we’re looking for a dynamic Business Manager to lead, support and grow our portfolio of commercial clients. This is a strategic, relationshipdriven role for someone who is passionate about sustainability and skilled at helping organisations navigate their energytransition journey.

If you excel at building longterm relationships, identifying commercial opportunities and guiding clients through complex cleanenergy projects in a clear, structured way, this role is ideal for you.

🌱 The Role

  • You will take ownership of a portfolio of commercial customers, managing these accounts with a P&L mindset and acting as the single point of contact throughout the full lifecycle — from early conversations through to design, installation, aftercare and ongoing partnership development.
  • Your mission is to understand each organisation’s operational needs and support their transition to technologies such as Solar PV, Battery Storage, EV Charging Infrastructure and Heat Pumps.
  • This is a hybrid role blending business development, account management and project coordination, with a strong focus on customer value and commercial performance.
  • 🔧 Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Development & Growth
  • Identify, engage and develop relationships with commercial clients (SMEs, property management, commercial buildings, public sector, light industrial)
  • Develop tailored proposals for solar, battery, EV charging and heatpump solutions
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified commercial opportunities
  • Attend industry events, networking groups and meetings to promote Pretium Synergy
  • Customer Relationship Ownership
  • Own a portfolio of commercial customers as a P&L responsibility and act as the single point of contact for all ongoing relationships and project needs

  • Strong experience in business development, account management, or commercial customer relationship management
  • Background in renewables, energy, utilities, construction or technical services (preferred, not essential)
